OMG. Easiest brownies ever. Only 4 ingredients. Officially a new favourite in our home. Not. Kidding.
We sometimes make them with mashed bananas 🍌 instead of egg replacer for a fudgier and slightly different type of brownie, and to sneak extra healthies into the little vulture mouths around us 🥰
1 jar @thevegandairy Dutch Choc Crème
Equivalent of 2 eggs egg replacer (or 2 overripe mashed bananas)
1/2 cup plain flour (we have also made with spelt!)
1/4 cup vegan dark chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 175C. Prepare a small slice pan by greasing and lining it with baking paper.
Make egg replacer according to packet. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, choc cream, egg replacer (or bananas) and chocolate chips and mix until smooth (don’t over mix!). Pour into prepared dish and smooth top with spatula.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Be careful not to over-bake otherwise brownies will dry out. The biggest brownie mistake people make is overcooking them!! Theyll seem undercooked when you take them out of the oven, but once you let them cool before cutting and serving they will firm up to fudgey brownie texture 🍫
