In this episode of our ‘Toothpick Series’, perfect for summer share plates and little flavour explosions, we feature our Aged and Smokey with Nasturtium Flowers, Grapes, and Hemp Seeds.
1 block Aged and Smokey cheese
Handful Nasturtium Flowers (you can usually forage these for free around your neighbourhood! They grow wild in so many places)
Red or green grapes
PUTTING IT ALL TOGETHER:
Chop your block of Aged and Smokey into cubes. Grab your toothpick and layer on nasturtium, grape, and cheese and then dip / sprinkle with hemp seeds. Repeat until you have used up all your ingredients! Once you have all your toothpicks laid out on a serving dish, sprinkle with extra hemp seeds if you wish. A delicious little smokey-sweet-creamy-crispy flavour explosion 💥
