Our butter is made with high-quality, all-natural ingredients and carefully crafted through a traditional culturing process, resulting in a rich, creamy, and flavourful “butter”. INGREDIENTS
1 x packet pasta of choice (I used bean pasta here for extra nutritional value!)
Half jar @thevegandairy Cultured Butter
2-3 tsp garlic granules / powder / cloves, chopped
Generous handful parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD:
Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Meanwhile add butter and garlic to a pan and ‘brown’ on the stove. Remove from heat when the butter JUST starts turning a golden colour. DO NOT continue heating past this point! The residual heat at this point will continue to cook the garlic off-stove for a few more minutes. If you keep it on the heat, you’ll have black and bitter butter and garlic rather than ‘browned’ 😉
Once pasta is cooked, stir it through the browned garlic butter. Add salt, pepper and fresh parsley to taste and give another stir to combine. Serve while hot. Yummo
