Make your own Seeded crackers this Mother’s Day with just 5 simple ingredients! 👏 Delicious, easy to make, clean and simple. Don’t spend crazy money buying tiny packets at the shops – make your own in bulk and store them! Perfect for pairing with our collection of table cheeses.
INGREDIENTS
2 1/4 cups water
2 cups pumpkin seeds / sunflower seeds
1 cup sesame seeds
1/3 cup flaxseeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon psyllium husk flakes
METHOD
Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add water and stir. Set aside and allow to thicken for about 20 minutes. The mixture will thicken and become a bit like gel.
Transfer the mixture over to a baking sheet (or two) covered with parchment paper. Spread into a thin layer (thickness is a bit up to you, but thicker would take longer to cook). Bake for about an 1 hour at 150ºC. Allow to cool and then break into pieces / crackers after cooling
