Ingredients:
3 x tablespoons of Cultured Butter
1 x tablespoon of chilli flakes
5 x cloves of chopped garlic
1/4 cup of pasta water
2 x handfuls of Spaghetti style pasta
1 x pinch of salt
1 x tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
How to make:
– Begin by filling a saucepan with water and cooking your pasta.
– While the pasta is cooking, add the cultured butter to a frying pan on medium heat and melt. Add
the chopped garlic and chilli and cook until fragrant.
– Add 1/4 cup of the pasta water and continue to cook for 2 minutes. Add the pasta to the frying pan
and stir through the ingredients. Add chopped parsley and stir through. Serve in a pasta bowl
