If you’re looking to add a new dish to your Easter menu or just want to enjoy a healthy snack, @sznd.veg ‘s grilled Easter carrots are the perfect choice 🥕🐰 These carrots are grilled to perfection with our Cultured Butter, bringing out their natural sweetness and creating a delicious smoky flavour
INGREDIENTS:
0.5 kg baby / dutch carrots, washed and trimmed
2 tablespoons The Vegan Dairy Cultured Butter, melted
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons shelled pistachios, coarsely chopped
Fresh parsley or chives, chopped, for garnish (optional)
METHOD:
Preheat the grill / Pan to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, combine the melted vegan butter, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Brush the baby carrots with the seasoned butter mixture, making sure they are well coated.
Place the carrots on the grill / pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are tender and slightly charred on all sides. Remove the carrots from the grill / pan and transfer to a serving plate. Sprinkle the coarsely chopped pistachios over the top of the carrots. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives, if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy your Grilled Baby Carrots with Vegan Butter and Pistachios!
