INGREDIENTS
🥟 1 jar of @thevegandairy feta
🥟 3 jalapeños, finely diced (keep or remove the seeds depending on heat preference) – can sub this for spring onions or green capsicum if you’re not a spicy food kinda dude!
🥟 1 Tbsp chopped fresh chives
🥟 Spring roll wrappers
METHOD:
Mix together the feta, jalapeño and chives.
Place about 1/2 a tablespoon of the mixture at the bottom of the spring roll wrapper. Roll up, tucking the sides in about half way up.
Brush spring rolls with a little oil from the feta jar before cooking in your air fryer at 180C/355F for 8-10mins (or until golden and crunchy on the outside)
This recipe makes about 12-14 rolls. If you don’t have an air fryer you can cook them in an oven, they will take about 5-10mins longer.
