Beat the Monday blues tonight with a delicious Pan Fried Gnocchi with Butter and Fresh Herbs. Seriously. Simple.
INGREDIENTS
🌿 250g gnocchi
🌿 1 tablespoon @thevegandairy butter of choice
🌿 2 Tablespoons fresh herbs (parsley, coriander, sage, tarragon all work well)
🌿 1 teaspoon ginger
🌿 1 – 2 spring onions, sliced
METHOD
Cook the gnocchi according to packet instructions and drain. Add @thevegandairy butter to a fry pan on medium heat until melted, then add cooked gnocchi, fresh chopped herbs, spring onion and ginger and cook for 5 minutes or so until gnocchi is nice and browned. Serve up with some vegan parmesan and fresh herbs to garnish
