INGREDIENTS:
🍫 2 & ½ cups all purpose flour
🍫 1 pinch salt
🍫 1 cup soy milk
🍫 1 & ½ cup water
🍫 2 tbsp butter, melted
🍫 ¼ cup maple syrup
🍫 Dutch Chocolate Creme for filling
🍫 Strawberries to serve
METHOD:
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix together with a whisk until no lumps remain. Let sit for about 15 minutes
Add oil to a frypan over medium heat and pour in about half a cup of batter in the middle of the pan, allowing it to spread to create a thin crepe. Cook for about a 1 minute and then flip and cook for a further minute. Repeat the process with the remaining batter. Cooking times may vary as the pan gets hotter
Spoon chocolate sauce in the middle of the cooked crepe and roll. Garnish with strawberries and icing sugar if desired
