🍫 2 & ½ cups all purpose flour⁠
🍫 1 pinch salt⁠
🍫 1 cup soy milk⁠
🍫 1 & ½ cup water⁠
🍫 2 tbsp butter, melted⁠
🍫 ¼ cup maple syrup⁠
🍫 Dutch Chocolate Creme for filling⁠
🍫 Strawberries to serve⁠

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients. Mix together with a whisk until no lumps remain. Let sit for about 15 minutes⁠

Add oil to a frypan over medium heat and pour in about half a cup of batter in the middle of the pan, allowing it to spread to create a thin crepe. Cook for about a 1 minute and then flip and cook for a further minute. Repeat the process with the remaining batter. Cooking times may vary as the pan gets hotter⁠

Spoon chocolate sauce in the middle of the cooked crepe and roll. Garnish with strawberries and icing sugar if desired⁠
