INGREDIENTS:
PIZZA BASE
1 cup whole grain self-raising flour
2 tsp olive oil
½ cup soy yogurt
¼ tsp salt
TOPPINGS
3 tbsp pesto
The Vegan Dairy Hemp Mozzarella
¼ red onion sliced
½ tsp chili flakes
½ cup diced broccoli
2 button mushrooms sliced
½ cup arugula
The Vegan Dairy Persian Feta
METHOD:
Combine the flour, olive oil, yogurt and salt. Knead until you have a smooth dough. It does not require any extra kneading. Cut the dough in half. Use a rolling pin to flatten it into a circular shape, approximately 0.5cm thick.
Heat up a nonstick pan to medium to high heat, cook for 3 minutes, and flip. Cook for another couple of minutes. Repeat.
Remove from heat and add your desired toppings. Either pop back on the stove heat with a lid on to cook / warm your toppings, or pop your decorated pizza in the oven for 5-10 minutes on grill / high. Can’t go wrong with pizza, right!?
