Ingredients
- 1 cup nuts of choice (we used almonds and walnuts)
- 1 cup dates
- 1 block TVD Ashed Chevre
- 2/3 cup coconut cream
- ½ cup raw sugar/maple syrup/coconut sugar
- Juice of half a lemon
Method
- Blend dates and nuts until crumbly
- Press into base of a cake tin or baking dish
- At this point you could bake the base for 10-15 mins if you prefer a drier/crumbly texture, or leave it raw
- Blend all remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth
- Pour over base and place in fridge or freezer (depending on desired outcome) until set.
