When I tell you these are delicious, I mean these are absolutely delicious! Such a cheap easy snack for the kids (or yourself) with only 2 main ingredients and 4 seasonings. Cheese + potatoes. Like, what can not be be right with that combo 😬
What you will need:
4 potatoes
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon celtic sea salt (normal salt works too)
1/2 cup @thevegandairy hemp mozzarella
Olive oil to drizzle
Method:
🥔 Peel and cut the potatoes to snack size, once they are peeled place on the boil for 15 to 20 minutes until soft.
🥔 Use a cup to squish the potatoes flat and sprinkle the seasonings, mozzarella cheese and oil over the potatoes and bake at 180° for 20 minutes or until crunchy.
So unbelievably tasty 😋 Serve them as a snack on their own or as a side dish to your favourite meals.
