You know you want me…….. all warm and comforting with loooaaaads of Hemp Mozzarella melted through……….. 😉⁠

Smokey Cacio e Pepe⁠

INGREDIENTS:⁠

500g spaghetti ⁠
2 tsp cracked pepper⁠
1 block @thevegandairy Hemp Mozzarella, grated⁠
1 Tbl nutritional yeast⁠
7 cups water⁠
2 tsp salt (plus more to taste)⁠

METHOD:⁠

💚 Add the water and salt to a large pan and bring to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for eight minutes (about two-thirds of the packet cooking time)⁠
💚 Stir in the grated mozzarella, nutritional yeast and pepper and cook a further 3-4 minutes. It will look scarily liquidy at first but trust the process and the cheese will melt into the pasta water and create a creamy, luscious sauce. Add salt to taste and enjoy! ⁠
