INGREDIENTS
Cup of black coffee
Jar @thevegandairy Chocolate Crème
Chocolate ripple biscuits
Tin of chilled coconut cream
1/2 Tbl Vanilla extract
Cocoa powder for topping (optional)
METHOD
In a large bowl whip together the coconut cream (white part only – save any clear milk for another recipe) and vanilla until soft peaks form.
Take two biscuits and spread generously with the chocolate crème before sandwiching together. Dunk the biscuit sandwich into the coffee for a few seconds before adding to a cup/serving vessel of choice.
Add a layer of whipped coconut cream before repeating the biscuit, chocolate crème coffee step. Continue layering until the cup is full, finishing on the coconut cream layer.
Place in the fridge for at least 30mins. Dust with cocoa powder if using before serving
