Wander up into the forests of Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula and you will find the uniquely open and airy, yet wonderfully cosy, Epicurean Red Hill. Dine by one of the multiple open fireplaces and enjoy this incredible new dessert, created by seriously talented head chef Darren, that literally had us speechless. Using our new Vanilla Bean Creme as a filling on a homemade nut and seed base, topped with poached cherries and coulis, we can honestly say this is one of the most unbelievable vegan desserts we’ve ever had. The perfect blend of healthy and decadent. Major hats off!
