The wonderful and talented Nik comes from a mix of ethnic backgrounds and his breadth of life and food experience really shows in his incredibly hearty all-plant-based dishes and desserts.

Honestly the best selection of plant-based charcuterie platter items we have sampled yet and it is obvious just how much care Nik has taken to hand pick each selection he includes. It features our Aged and Smokey, Chilli Chives, and Herb Garlic Boursin cheeses. The perfect share plate to wind down after a long day at work, for a cruisey weekend catch up, or even to tantalise your tastebuds with your best work friend for lunch!
